Super Biochar LLC Launches First AI-Powered Farmer Platform for Soil Health and Carbon Farming

Super Biochar LLC Launches First AI-Powered Farmer Platform for Soil Health and Carbon Farming

Connecticut, USA: Climate technology startup Super Biochar LLC has launched its AI-powered mobile platform on the Apple iOS App Store, introducing what it describes as the first farmer-facing digital platform that connects soil testing, AI-generated biochar recommendations, and product ordering into one seamless workflow. The launch marks an important milestone for the emerging intersection of regenerative agriculture, soil carbon markets, and digital climate infrastructure.

Founded in 2025, Super Biochar aims to simplify how farmers, land managers, and environmental stakeholders adopt biochar-based solutions for soil health and carbon sequestration. By integrating laboratory soil testing data, artificial intelligence, and automated logistics within a single mobile platform, the company is working to remove the complexity that often slows adoption of regenerative agricultural practices.

From Advanced Carbon Engineering to Regenerative Agriculture

At the heart of Super Biochar’s innovation is Bluvin, Co-founder and CTO of the company. A mechanical engineer by training, his journey began in the field of advanced carbon materials, where he developed industrial activated carbon products used in highly specialized applications, including ISRO space vehicles and Indian Navy submarines.

Working across lab-scale research and commercial production facilities on five continents, Bluvin developed deep expertise in carbon materials and environmental applications. Over time, this experience led him to explore the transformative potential of biochar as a solution not only for soil health but also for carbon removal and environmental remediation.

At Super Biochar, he is now applying that expertise to create what he describes as the “TurboTax for soil carbon”, a platform designed to simplify regenerative agriculture while enabling measurable and verifiable climate outcomes.

Building the First End-to-End Biochar Workflow for Farmers

The newly launched iOS platform integrates soil testing, AI analytics, payments, and logistics into a single system designed for farmers and land managers.

Through the app, users can submit soil samples to laboratory partners, receive AI-driven biochar recommendations tailored to their soil profile, and place orders directly within the platform. The recommendation engine analyzes soil data from Ward Laboratories and generates personalized biochar blends, application rates, and carbon sequestration projections with transparent confidence scoring.

The platform also integrates Stripe payments and FedEx logistics scheduling, enabling an end-to-end workflow from soil analysis to delivery.

Super Biochar is currently running pilot programs with farms in Connecticut’s Litchfield and Fairfield Counties, regions known for glacially formed soils that often struggle with low organic matter and poor nutrient retention.

Expanding Toward Carbon Markets and Environmental Solutions

Beyond agriculture, Super Biochar is also developing applications for soil remediation and environmental restoration. The company’s tailored biochar blends are designed to address heavy metal contamination, organic pollutants, and degraded soils.

Another emerging use case includes turf management solutions for golf courses, where biochar can improve water retention, enhance soil structure, and reduce reliance on chemical fertilizers.

Looking ahead, the company is entering its next phase of development, which includes launching an Android version of the platform, deploying IoT soil sensors for real-time monitoring, and building a Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification (MRV) framework for carbon credit issuance. The platform’s future architecture also includes blockchain-based carbon credit infrastructure on Polygon.

As regenerative agriculture and carbon markets continue to expand globally, Super Biochar aims to position itself as a key digital infrastructure provider—connecting soil health, climate technology, and scalable carbon solutions.
